La Enfermedad de Kikuchi Fujimoto es autolimitada, buen pronóstico, diagnóstico histopatológico cuya incidencia mayor en el continente asiático, mujeres, menores 40 años y usualmente un exclusión. Presentamos caso paciente masculino 20 años, sin antecedentes patológicos, quien consultó por fiebre persistente, adenopatías, síntomas gastrointestinales pérdida peso; debutó con pancitopenia, aumento reactantes fase aguda, alteración función hepática se le practicó biopsia excisional ganglio la cual evidenció hallazgos compatibles enfermedad Fujimoto. Se hace manejo sintomático AINES realiza control al mes egreso donde no hay evidencia recurrencia picos febriles u otros adicionales.
